Free-range poultry IGP Label rouge

Label Rouge and IGP Bresse free-range poultry are renowned for the quality of their meat and taste, the result of traditional Bresse know-how.

Farmers of the Ain

Our breeders pass on their know-how from generation to generation.

On the farm, the poultry live in meadows, sheltered from the wind, with areas of shade. The animals move around as they please, pecking their fill as they go along the grassy path. They are fed a healthy, balanced diet based on cereals produced on the farm, to help them grow and fatten healthily.

By choosing farmhouse poultry from the Ain region, you’ll be tasting the very best that our breeders have to offer: beautiful, tasty Bresse poultry that will delight your taste buds.

Quality certified

Volaille Fermière de l’Ain” has been awarded the IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) and the Label Rouge.

You can be sure you’re buying poultry from a hardy breed selected for its slow growth and quality meat, reared in good conditions on 100% vegetable feed. The longer rearing period ensures the firmness and authentic flavor of farmhouse poultry.

The poultry is raised in the Ain region using local know-how, in a short circuit, from birth to slaughter.
