Ain® flavours

It’s more than a logo on a label, it’s a declaration of love for the land. Saveurs de l’Ain® is a brand, yes, but above all it’s a pact between those who produce, transform, cook or sublimate the best that the land of the Ain has to offer. From cheesemakers to chefs, winegrowers to butchers, they all share the same obsession: to make things simple, to make things good, to make things real. It’s local taste, intense, sometimes raw, often comforting. And you can eat it with your fingers, on a white tablecloth or at the corner of a market.
