Macon's oldest golf course
On a course originally designed by Michaël Fenn in 1964, Golf de la Commanderie rolls out its beautiful tree-lined greens 5 minutes from the heart of the Aumusse park near Mâcon. Its name refers to the ancient Templar commandery of Laumusse.
Today, calm and serenity reign on a course revised and improved in 2009. Here, you’ll enjoy a fine round of golf in an unspoilt natural setting, with lovely views over the mountains of southern Burgundy.
As an integral part of the course, you won’t be able to resist a break over a delicious meal in the restaurant with its lovely terrace overlooking the green, not forgetting the inevitable visit to the Cave du Golf.
A great atmosphere reigns on this golf course which, like good wines, has known how to age and improve!
