Grand cru course

If you’re a golfer and a lover of fine wines, the Commanderie golf course offers you the pleasures of a top-of-the-range golfing environment combined with an exceptional wine cellar.

A birdie is worth celebrating!

Small glasses and small greens In the heart of the Parc de l'Aumusse

In the land of the famous Bresse AOC poultry, 5 minutes from Mâcon and close to the village of the famous Michelin-starred chef Georges Blanc, La Commanderie golf course offers a course in a calm and soothing environment.

Set against the majestic backdrop of the Monts de Bourgogne, the demanding par 72 course finishes with an exceptional 19th hole, where you can play the game again over bottles of fine wine from an award-winning cellar.

Offered on the terrace, in the restaurant or in the golf course’s wine bar, the menu has been awarded as one of the “100 most beautiful wine lists in French restaurants” since 2018 and every year since 2020. What’s more, the golf course has opened its own wine cellar, where enthusiasts can purchase the wines they discover at lunch, dinner or as an aperitif.

With over 700 references, the wine list is exceptional: reds, rosés, whites, still and sparkling wines all lend themselves to tasting. No doubt you’ll discover a few nuggets from the local Bugey, Mâconnais, Beaujolais and Burgundy appellations. The oenological journey soon extends beyond local borders to the Côtes du Rhône, Bordeaux and Languedoc, not forgetting the Jura, Savoie, Loire, Champagne and Italy…

Drink in moderation, however, so as not to spoil the precision of your swings!
