This three bedrooms apartement, plus a loft room with convertible sofa, is a perfect place to welcome a familly during a short stay or long vacations. The two independants bathrooms & toilets provided comfort for everyone. The large and well equiped kitchen would be nice to make dinner, and enjoying it sitting on the lovely terrace, with its own barbecue. Ideally located nearby Via Rhôna for your bike getaways, family outings, hiking or mountain biking for the more athletics. For water enthusiasts, many nautical activities are offered at Espace Eaux Vives or at the leisure centers of "Point Vert" and "Vallée Bleue", just a few kilometers away. Shops nearby. Located near the Plaine de l'Ain business park, the gîte is practical for all your business trips. It is also possible to rent the apartement next door "Le Tiodet".
