Château de Maillat and its 10-hectare estate has been steeped in history since its foundation in 1280. The rooms offer modern comfort and refined decor.

The 100 m² spa includes an indoor pool, a double infra-red cabin, and a 2 m² sensory shower with light therapy, sound and jets of different intensities with rain or torrent effects.
The estate has recently added new accommodation: two furnished studios, a 70m² apartment and a family suite.
A treatment room for massages completes the high-quality facilities.

Period furniture, parquet floors, fireplaces, a communal lounge with Louis XV wood panelling opening onto a terrace overlooking the mountains and the park with its two-hundred-year-old trees.
It's an ideal retreat or stopover for exploring the best of the Haut-Bugey region, with its unspoilt landscapes that will remind you of the wild spirit of Norway: lakes, mountains, waterfalls, as well as castles, abbeys, wines, gastronomy and authentic local produce.
Located at the crossroads of Geneva in Switzerland, Savoie, Jura and southern Burgundy, Château de Maillat is accessible from the A40 freeway, two minutes from the toll booth.
By TGV from Paris in 2 hours 20 minutes, the station is 10 minutes away. By plane, Geneva or Lyon airports are 50 minutes away. An ideal place to rest, discover the region or for your business trip.
