The French Upper Rhône in a sea kayak: one of the most beautiful wilderness routes on the river! Yannick Vericel will lead you to discover its flora and fauna, as well as the historical heritage along the river and its tributary, the Valserine.

Over a 15 km stretch upstream from Bellegarde sur Valserine, you'll admire the Carnot bridge, the Fort l'Ecluse, the SNCF bridge, the Tine de Parnant and the industrial remains of the Amandier cookie factory and Louis Dumont's power plant on the Valserine river, the 1st French river to be designated a "Wild River".
