In the heart of the Dombois countryside, 15 minutes from Bourg-en-Bresse and less than 1 hour from Lyon, Domaine de La Grange Neuve is the combination of 2 non-attached gîtes located on the same property (G145001- G145002).
Set in an old adobe farmhouse, renovated in 2020, it can accommodate up to 15 people, with its 5 bedrooms. Ideal for a quiet stay, in a "family home in the country" spirit.
The hamlet layout, with 2 other family homes on the site, rules out parties and other noisy gatherings.

On 2 levels, the gîte Le Grenier (10 pers.) Ground floor: 1 large living room (lounge, dining room, fitted kitchen), 1 bedroom for 3 people (1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 80x190), 1 shower room, 1 separate WC. Upstairs, under the beautiful roof structure, 1 large mezzanine dedicated to relaxation (library, TV, video games) with 1 convertible sofa, 1 bedroom with a 140x190 bed and 1 with 2 80x190 bunk beds and 2 90x200 single beds; 1 bathroom and 1 WC.
On the other side of the courtyard, the gîte L'Etable, on one level (5 pers) with 2 bedrooms. One with 1 double bed (140x190), the other with 2 single beds (90x200) and 1 single bed (90x190). Large living room. Equipped kitchen. 1 shower room, WC.
The swimming pool (6x12m), shared with other guests and the owners, is open from May to September, weather permitting. A converted barn houses the pool house and games area (table soccer, table tennis, darts, etc.). Nordic bathing available on request and at an additional cost. Filling of the pool and its use by tenants may be restricted in application of "drought" decrees issued by the Ain prefecture.
Heat pump and wood-burning stoves. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer for stays of a week or more. Parking at courtyard entrance. Gardens and terraces.
Beds made on arrival, towels provided and utilities included.
