An astonishing day to discover the world of prehistory as you explore the Cerdon caves, and the world of industry with Rotin Filé, a company specializing in rattan in all its forms. A fascinating experience!
Guided tour of the Grottes du Cerdon
Nestled in a green setting, the Grottes du Cerdon prehistoric leisure park lets you discover a world from the depths of time! Walk to the entrance of the underground Grottes area (10-minute walk). You'll then follow a strange, surprising and grandiose path through the now-defunct riverbed, the result of the slow work of the tumultuous waters of the great ice ages of the early Quaternary. Depending on your abilities, you can then reach the rock shelter once inhabited by our ancestors, and enjoy an unparalleled panorama of the Cerdon vineyards. The visit, which lasts around 1.5 hours, concludes with a passage through a majestic porch.
