In the heart of nature, 400 m on foot from the medieval town of Pérouges, unoverlooked, quiet, far from traffic, you'll enjoy the peace and quiet of the place, in a cosy space.
Jean and Agnès will be delighted to welcome you and share with you the history of this recently renovated building. The restoration has been carried out with quality materials, respecting the architecture and history of the place: a blend of old stones and modernity that invites you to spend pleasant moments with family or friends at the gateway to the Bugey and Dombes regions.
The 55 m² Le Moulin apartment has been designed as an open-plan living space. It features a king-size bed (180*200) and two 90x190 bunk beds, ideal for a family. The bathroom features a large shower and WC.
The fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing family meals. An educational food processor is available for sharing with the whole family!
The quiet terrace is ideal for outdoor dining, and a Weber gas BBQ is also available.
The reading or board game area in the "mill bath" is a highly original, convivial space where you can spend some quality time together, playing games such as Scrabble, Monopoli, cards, little horses, triamino, and so on.
A video projector completes the set-up and will delight film buffs.
There's also the option of joining the house's garden, which is often very popular with youngsters and teenagers: the garden has two handball cages for a game of soccer. A game of Molki or pétanque can also be played in the courtyard, with access to the Longevent stream.
For even more space, for gatherings with friends or several families, you can rent the adjoining 65 m², 3-star-rated apartment with two independent bedrooms and kitchen, increasing the capacity to 8 or even 10 beds.
