Today, this hotel has preserved this original charm. His philosophy is that of a beautiful and spacious country house, warm and cosy, with a personal welcome each time. At the Michelin-starred restaurant, established in 2020, the dining room has retained its original charm with its famous Zuber tapestry. As for the kitchen, Chef Didier Goiffon wanted to offer his guests complete transparency regarding his ingredients and the preparation of his dishes, thanks to an open kitchen.
