- From November to April, winter equipment is mandatory.
The car parks are cleared of snow but not gritted. The residence is pedestrianised and access to the accommodation is a few dozen metres away. Assistance with unloading is available.
The lift in the residence is awaiting repair. It will probably not be repaired before january 2026 because a part needs to be manufactured.
