Having been fascinated by nature and wine in general for many years, it was in 2020 that I decided to create my own estate by taking over small plots of vines on the hillsides of Tossiat, my native village. At the same time, I took a vocational baccalaureate by correspondence in "wine business management", while continuing to work as a nurse.
