The Microbrasserie is located in Champfromier, in the Haut Jura regional park (near the towns of Bellegarde, Nantua and Oyonnax). The pure-malt beers are brewed by hand, using Avalanches spring water.

The beers are of the "top fermentation" type, which allows more complex aromas to develop. These are pure malt beers (brewed exclusively with cereal malts). The malts used are grown without the use of synthetic pesticides.
The usual range comprises 3 types of beer: white, blonde and amber. Ephemeral beers complete the range. They are available in 75 cl bottles.
