Ideally located between Bresse and Burgundy, on the outskirts of Replonges, in a quiet and peaceful area, this duplex cottage can accommodate up to 3 people. Through the courtyard shared with the owners, you will access the gîte through a gate which opens onto the private terrace and the swimming pool (9.30 * 4 m and depth of 1.10 to 2 m) at your disposal. The independent entrance to the gîte is via a living room opening onto an equipped and functional kitchen. One step higher, you will find a bathroom with a separate toilet. From the living room and via a metal staircase, you will access a mezzanine with a 160 * 200 double bed with a view of the living room and the swimming pool. A footbridge connects it to a bedroom with a 90 * 190 bed and a lounge and reading area. The heating is electric. The advantages of this cottage:

You will also find near the cottage, the blue way, a path that borders the canal, for a bike ride or on foot. Local services (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy ...) are located within 500 m. A bike room is also available to you.
