The Meximieux cheese dairy, the historic site of Laiterie la Côtière, has been welcoming you all year round for 15 years now.
Over the course of the year, and according to the season, nearly 400 cheese references are available at the counter.
Local cheeses, cheeses from all over France, PDO and PGI certified cheeses, farmhouse and artisanal cheeses...
Not forgetting a wide selection of charcuterie, delicatessen, grocery and poultry products.
But the hallmark of the Meximieux cheese dairy is a range of products made just a few kilometers away, on 2 production sites, in an artisanal and environmentally-friendly way.
Yogurts, faisselles, fromage blanc and "Ramequin du Bugey", all made with authenticity and respect for the products.
Our speciality? The "fruit yoghurt" since 1978, a firm yoghurt generously topped with fruit coulis, a true signature product!
And then there's the famous Ramequin, a small cheese with a strong character, typical of the Bugey region, which can only be enjoyed melted.
Available in traditional rolls, and also grated, ready-to-melt versions for added convenience.
La Laiterie's products have won 21 medals at the Concours Général Agricole and Concours International de Lyon since 2013! All its products are certified "Saveurs de l'Ain", and the "Ramequin du Bugey" is certified "ma région, ses terroirs".
