25 km from Bourg en Bresse, in the center of the village, the duplex Gîte Hauterive (56 m²) can accommodate up to 4 people with its two bedrooms. Through a gate, you enter a large wooded property comprising the owners' house with 3 guest rooms and their adjoining Varey gîte, which can accommodate 2 people, to create a single gîte for 6 people. A separate entrance leads to the living room, where the wood ambiance blends harmoniously with the soft, uncluttered decor and vintage touches. From the living room, a staircase leads to the shower room, separate toilet and two bedrooms of your choice: one with pink tones (one 190*200 bed) overlooking the garden and park, and the other with two single beds (2*90*200), two bull's-eyes and a roof window. The best thing about this gîte: all-inclusive - bed made on arrival, utilities and tourist tax included, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. Air-conditioned gîte with reversible floor and heat pump.
