At 880 m altitude, in the Jura mountains, in Chézery-Forens, the gîte is in the middle of the countryside, just a little higher than the Noirecombe hamlet, right next to the hiking trail. Kate and Philippe, the owners, live year round on the trail side. On the other side, a 115 m² gîte (7 people) opens onto the chamois clearing. Accessible by the bay window of the terrace (1 step) on the day room, the mood of the place is set: contemporary lines, subtle softness of wood and stone, and harmony of white. The large living room is home to a fully equipped kitchen area with a large dining table, a comfortable lounge and its wood stove. Climbing up a step, the living room is extended outside by its private terrace. The corridor leads to 3 spacious and bright bedrooms on one side (one double bed (140cm), one double bed (160cm + 90cm), two single beds (90cm) and a play area). On the other side: 2 shower rooms, one of which has an integrated toilet. Granulated central heating; logs for the stove.
