Since January 2023, we have been producing organic wheat flour. The wheat is selected, sorted, stored and crushed with a stone mill on our farm.
We've set up a pasta laboratory, a flour mill, storage and a store on our farm (opening in autumn).
Our farm, which has been producing cereals since January 1, 2000, was converted to organic farming in 2018.
