In the heart of the Bresse region, this large 2-storey village house built in 1900 (200 m²) can accommodate 14 people and 5 bedrooms. Shimmering colors, comfort and spaciousness are the watchwords. It's ideal for small groups and family reunions, for a weekend, a short or long stay or a week. The main entrance is from the courtyard, into the large living room with its large wooden table and exposed stone wall, its contemporary, red-toned fitted kitchen, and into the lounge with its farandole of sofas and armchairs. An extension of the living room, the Anis bedroom (2 single beds that can be combined to form a double bed and a sofa bed for 1 person) is unique with its adobe wall and access to the terrace at the rear of the gîte. Shower room, separate WC. The 1st floor leads directly to another living room with a large balcony, featuring a blue balustrade and old-fashioned parquet flooring. There are 4 bedrooms to choose from. The Orange room (1 bed 160) and the Taupe room (4 beds 90), both on the courtyard side. The Violette room (1 bed 140) and the Grise room with its decorative fireplace (1 bed 180 and 1 bed 90) face the road. On the same level, a bathroom and WC. Tucked away at the rear of the gîte, and accessible from the living room, is the terrace with its garden furniture, where you can welcome your "tribe" outside. The gîte is set back from the main road running through the village. At the gateway to Burgundy, discover the bucolic Bresse countryside, the Fermes Bressanes with their Saracen fireplaces, the Ferme des Planons and, for gourmets, AOC Bresse poultry. Bresse also boasts a number of lakes.
