We bake all our breads with natural sourdough. Our products have great taste, long shelf life and low glycemic indexes.
All our breads are sold by weight. So you can choose the quantity you want. No more, no less.
For those who don't like gluten, we offer breads made from petit épeautre, rice and buckwheat flours. A range of gluten-free sweets awaits you too!
Finally, we attach great importance to the eco-responsible approach of our bakery. We do our utmost to reduce our ecological footprint. Our electricity is 100% renewable with Enercoop, we compost all our organic waste, we choose raw materials that come in recyclable packaging and weigh as little as possible, we are financed by an ethical bank (La Nef), we don't use paper towels, ...
