Nicolas' cookies have been awarded the Saveurs de l'Ain label. A firm believer in his home region, Nicolas even offers a salted tuile with ramequin du Bugey, a cheese typical of the village of St-Rambert-en-Bugey, in collaboration with the Gaec du Perce-Neige. The high-quality chocolate comes from the Valrhôna chocolate factory, and all the ingredients are locally sourced.
