In a natural, verdant setting, supplied with spring water (the Etre), the Pisciculture des Sources de l'Etre welcomes you to its 3-hectare site, with 6,000 m² of ponds, a hatchery and a processing laboratory.

Trout are bred for restocking, but also for marketing a wide range of processed products.

Access to the fish farm is open to the public wishing to buy fresh trout or processed products.

Production of quality trout, with respect for their well-being and requirements, to satisfy the most discerning gourmets...
