Concerts in the stables and chamber music inside and out
An opportunity to meet up with our friends Les musiciens d'Europe for a series of afternoon and evening concerts designed to set the entire estate, buildings and grounds to music. We'll hear them in symphonic orchestra (40 musicians) and various chamber music formations. One composer in particular is in the spotlight this year, Edvard Grieg, with his famous incidental music to Peer Gynt. Another timeless masterpiece for young audiences is Serge Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf, which combines instrumentalists and narrator to appeal to young and old alike. The full program will be announced at a later date. A unique opportunity to combine music and nature, concerts and moments of contemplation, with refreshments and snacks available on site.
