A festival of flavours: 5 days to discover regional and international products, meet passionate producers, and, above all, enjoy moments of conviviality!
The Salon de la Gastronomie returns for its 34ᵉ edition, with a renowned patron at its side: Fabrice Sommier, Meilleur Ouvrier de France in sommellerie and founder of Wine School. Each year, the event attracts over 16,000 visitors, all in search of new flavors, culinary discoveries and shared moments around gastronomy.
Preparing your festive meals? Looking for ideas to surprise your guests, or gourmet gifts to offer? This is the place to get inspired. On-site, a selection of authentic and refined products awaits you.
Animations, demonstrations and sensory discoveries
Throughout the event, enjoy the culinary animations for which the show is renowned, as well as a host of new features orchestrated by the Chambre de Métiers et de l'Artisanat, the Chambre d'Agriculture and Saveurs de l'Ain. Spectacular gourmet demonstrations, featuring passionate chefs and artisans, will be a feast for the eyes of young and old alike.
On Saturday November 8 and Sunday November 9, between 3.30pm and 5pm, children can enjoy a free "Your Advent Calendar" workshop with CECOF BTM Pâtisserie apprentices (50 calendars donated by Ainterexpo).
The show's patron, Fabrice Sommier, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Sommelier and Founder of the Wine School, will be hosting exclusive workshops to introduce you to the delicate art of food and beer pairing. A unique experience to hone your senses and learn to "read between the vines".
