La ferme des Sardières is a farm that sells some of its produce direct from the farm store: beef and Bresse PDO poultry.

The Sardélices workshop produces a range of fine preserves, charcuterie and ready-cooked meals for sale in the school store. The products are produced with the help of students in training at the facility.
