Standing on a board, oar in hand, you glide silently over the waves, becoming one with the water. Once you're up on the board, the pleasure is immediate. Go for it with your eyes closed (that is, if you like to add a little difficulty). Worth a try!

In the heart of the Point-Vert tourist site, Nauticlub offers stand-up paddle, alone or with several people on the board (Big SUP). Solo for a moment of serenity in the heart of nature, or in a group for maximum fun!

This activity, the ancestor of surfing, originated in French Polynesia, will give you a whole new perspective on nautical landscapes and the pleasures of surfing. It's not easy, but it's a lot of fun. Let yourself be conquered.

Wetsuits are available on request, and it's compulsory to wear the lifejacket provided.
Changing rooms and showers await you when you return from your trip.
