Located in the foothills of the Plateau de Retord, the newly constructed lake offers various activities throughout the year. Swimming, strolling, bowling, relaxation in summer.

The route offers beautiful views of the peaks and the Jura mountains. The Poizat-Lalleyriat water body is also a place of passage or departure for various hiking, mountain biking, cycling, paragliding…

In winter, frozen by ice, the body of water becomes a natural ice rink and a paradise for snow-sliding activities: ice skating, sledging and Nordic skiing. A track is drawn, practicable at night thanks to the lighting of the site. The ski and snowshoe link allows to reach the door of Cuvéry and the chapel of Retord for the bravest.
