Agritourism & Wine tourism sector

A genuine diversification opportunity for farmers and winegrowers, agritourism and wine tourism also meet the expectations of visitors in search of nature and authenticity.

An agritourism and wine tourism offering rooted in the Ain region

Encouraging development, improving the quality of the tourist offer and promoting local know-how are the missions of the agritourism and wine tourism sector, in conjunction with the Ain Chamber of Agriculture.
With this in mind, the sector will provide a space for agricultural and winegrowing businesses to access all the information they need for their diversification projects, as well as helping to recreate links between the agricultural world, local residents and tourists.

98 farms

offering tourist activities

134 horse farms

110 producers

These figures testify to the dynamism that has been underway for several years now in the Ain region to open the doors of farms and winegrowers’ businesses, to pass on the day-to-day aspects of their profession, to share their world and to give a lively and powerful image of the rural world.

Since 2024 and for the years to come, a number of initiatives have been planned to accompany and support farmers’ and winegrowers’ diversification projects.
