Our events & professional meetings

Throughout the year, we organize a number of events to bring together all the players in our region’s tourism industry: professional meetings, our annual general meeting, the traditional document exchange, the Faites du tourisme (tourism fair), themed events… These moments of exchange and sharing are all opportunities to get informed, meet new people and develop your network. Professional meetings

Throughout the year, Aintourisme organizes a variety of events to bring together players in our sectors of excellence. Whether at trade fairs such as the Salon du Randonneur, markets dedicated to Saveurs de l’Ain members, network meetings such as Ain Séminaires et Congrès, or welcome days such as Accueil Vélo, we make it a point of honor to bring you together on a regular basis. These meetings, whether annual or more frequent, are the ideal opportunity to exchange ideas and collaborate.

Annual General Meeting

A key event of the year, the Annual General Meeting meets statutory obligations, but above all remains a key moment for everyone to come together around a common goal: to take stock of the past year and launch future projects. Sometimes held at emblematic or more intimate venues, this meeting enables valuable exchanges between employees, partners, socio-professionals and elected representatives.

The document exchange

This meeting time marks the beginning of spring and is a real ritual for those involved in tourism. It’s an opportunity to discover new resources: documentation, visuals, itineraries and tourist nuggets from our region. It’s an essential opportunity for the department’s tourist offices to share the latest news and strengthen their collaboration.

La Faites du tourisme

Launched in 2023, the Faites du Tourisme is a festive event designed for Ain’s tourism professionals. The event combines activities, conferences, networking and conviviality. Its objectives are to

  • Unite the tourism industry in a special moment before the start of the summer season,
  • Promote the discovery of new developments in the region (tourism or otherwise) that can enrich the sector’s offering,
  • Exchange experiences between counterparts and promote the discovery of the region.

 Meetings tailored to your needs, combining professionalization and local exchanges!

Because training and information don’t always come in traditional formats, Trajectoires Tourisme has designed its Thematic Events. These events are based on three key principles: targeted content, a dynamic format and a local approach.

  • The concept

Take part in a half-day face-to-face event, organized in the heart of a tourist destination, where an expert will lead a 3-hour session directly linked to your issues. In a participative, collaborative and operational format, this dynamic exchange also includes a convivial moment to encourage interaction.

  • The advantages

Benefit from a turnkey event! You choose the venue, the date and the welcome for your partners, and we’ll take care of the rest: coordination between the expert and the host organization, design of the program and detailed proceedings, as well as the provision of an organization kit and a customizable communication kit.

17 themes are available, divided into three main areas: communication, marketing and sustainable tourism.
