The strength of this collective lies in its ability to offer you :

  • Expert trainers, combining mastery of their field with perfect knowledge of the tourism industry,
  • A training catalog renewed every year,
  • Courses adapted to current issues and your constraints.

A quality approach is at the heart of the collective’s commitment, validated by the renewal of Qualiopi certification in October 2024.

TRAINING

Our training courses are open to all: accommodation operators, tourism site managers, local authorities, tourist offices… everyone can find content tailored to their needs. Our sessions are organized throughout the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, so that we can be as close as possible to you.

  • Collective training courses

Trajectoires Tourisme offers over 100 training courses covering all the areas that make up tourism today and prepare it for tomorrow. The range of training courses covers 15 themes: from hospitality and consulting, to sustainable development and communication, all from a tourism perspective. Designed to encourage exchanges between peers, these training courses offer an ideal framework for sharing your experiences and enriching your practices.

Trajectoires Tourisme also offers certified training courses. Obtaining this official recognition has a double advantage. For participants, it enhances their skills and secures their career path. For the company, it is a lever for professionalizing its employees while reinforcing its employer brand.

  • Individual training

Would you prefer a personalized training program? Trajectoires Tourisme also has the answer to your needs, thanks to our individual training courses. These hyper-personalized, 100% distance learning courses are available in languages and tools. The advantages are numerous: one-to-one exchanges with the trainer, starting at the date of your choice and learning at your own pace.

Specially designed for distance learning, these programs are based on dynamic teaching methods, keeping trainees active throughout their training.

  • Customized solutions

Trajectoires Tourisme designs customized training programs tailored to the specific needs of your organization or network. After an in-depth analysis of your objectives, a personalized proposal is drawn up within a month. This approach enables us to build a training offer perfectly aligned with your challenges, benefiting from a flexible schedule and dedicated support. Depending on your requirements, the program can be based on an existing training course or be entirely customized, either face-to-face or by distance learning. Each project follows a structured process, from needs analysis to results evaluation, guaranteeing an effective, tailored response.

The different sources of training funding

Several financing solutions are available for all or part of your project, including the following:

  • From your OPCO as part of your skills development plan. Depending on the funding criteria set annually by your OPCO (the OPCO for tourism organizations is AFDAS), you may be eligible for reimbursement of all training courses (group, certification, etc.). Your OPCO can also offer you specific training courses financed by its branch funds.
  • By mobilizing your Personal Training Account (CPF). Certifying and qualifying training courses are eligible for funding.
  • You can also sign up for regional or nationalcollective actions.
  • And finally, the ESF +. These are funds that can be mobilized through OPCOs, whose criteria are updated each year.
