France's oldest working hydroelectric plant in its original location.

Divonnelectro is an association dedicated to the restoration and preservation of the Moulin David hydroelectric plant in Divonne-les-Bains, and to the memory of the hydraulic heritage of the Divonne/Versoix river.
In 2005, a team of enthusiasts led by Georges Leskens set about restoring all the Moulin David installations.
It took over 10 years to restore the machines, which had suffered the ravages of time. The installations are now in perfect working order, and the association is developing a number of workshops on water and electricity for young and old alike.
