Le Châtelard media library hosts the departmental final of the "Petits Champions de la lecture" read-aloud competition.

Since their creation in 2012, "Les Petits Champions de la Lecture" have demonstrated that reading is a fun, collective activity, a moment of pleasure and sharing.

In this final, the departmental winners are invited to read aloud a text of their choice for three minutes.
The grand jeu de la lecture is open to all CM1 and CM2 pupils.

"Les Petits Champions de la Lecture" aims to :

promote reading among young people through oral expression;
learn to choose a book, enjoy reading it and share it aloud;
promote children's literature.
