The duo Volco & Gignoli was formed in 2012 in Paris by two Argentine composers: Sebastian Volco (piano) and Pablo Gignoli (bandoneon).
Their original style is the result of their rich and eclectic influences, ranging from rock to tango, jazz to electro, and classical music.
Alongside their work as a duo, Sebastian Volco and Pablo Gignoli are each developing active personal projects. They have recorded dozens of albums, both as leaders and as guest musicians, and their artistic activity continues steadily and sustainably.
Volco & Gignoli have given hundreds of concerts in Europe and the United States. They have also recorded and toured with internationally renowned artists such as Gotan Project and Catherine Ringer.
