Completely renovated with quality materials, this beautiful house combines the charm of the old, with its exposed stone facade, and modern comforts for a warm and soothing atmosphere. The house offers three bedrooms, accommodating two to four people. Each is designed as a unique space of its own. Fancy a gentle awakening in a verdant and calming ambiance? L'Échappée Verte (The Green Escape) is for two people. Drawn to the charm of the local terroir and the authenticity of the vineyards? Terre de Vigne (Land of the Vine) immerses you in a warm decor inspired by the Bugey region and its winemaking traditions. Need a unique place full of memories to share? School Memories transports you to a playful world, ideal for a timeless experience. Each room has a private bathroom (shower and toilet). And what about the food? Hearty breakfasts are served in the owners' living room or outside when the weather is fine. The table d'hôtes (set menu), available by reservation only, features local and garden-grown produce and offers a chance to extend your convivial moments with Laurence and Olivier (children's meal prices: under 12 years old). Unheated, saltwater swimming pool: open during the high season from May to September. Three private parking spaces are located outside the property.
