Located in the hills that overlook the medieval village of Mérignat, the Renardat-Fache vineyard has been cared for by 3 generations of the same family and offers organically produced AOC Bugey-Cerdon sparkling rosé wine.

In common with all AOC Bugey-Cerdon wines, all wine produced at the Renardat-Fache vineyard is made using the méthode ancestral fermentation technique from Poulsard and Gamay grapes. This method of vinification allows the wine to ferment naturally without having to add any extra sugars or yeasts.
