The wild berries and plants processed on site are all picked in the Bugey mountains. Products are sold directly from the farm for processed fruit and beehive products, and in season for fresh fruit.
Guillaume is also a beekeeper. The bees gather the best spring flowers on the fruit plots, and are moved as the blossoms change: acacia, lime, forest, mountain and then marsh.
