Guided tour of the Bresse PDO poultry farm, with tasting of home-made products such as confit gizzards, accompanied by a glass of Bugey Chardonnay. Come and discover the small souvenir store (apron, cap, mug, stuffed toy...).

Guided tour of the farm for about an hour: description and history of the family farm, practices and good conduct in relation to the PDO. Operation of the farm in a short circuit. Tasting: allow an additional 30 minutes. Groups of 10 to 50 are welcome on reservation. Possibility of preparing roast Bresse poultry (allow 2 hours in advance). Sale of ready-to-cook poultry subject to availability (please enquire in advance).
