During your canyoning trip with family or friends (aged 6 and over), take on all sorts of fun obstacles: abseiling, jumps (never compulsory), slides... also available at Saint Claude in the Jura.

To progress in the canyon, you'll use neoprene wetsuits, harnesses, ropes, helmets, karabiners... There are many canyoning descents to choose from in the Jura Mountains: on the Sandézanne and Semine rivers in the Ain department, but also in the many canyons around Saint Claude in the Jura department: Coiserette, Grosdar, Flumen, Malvaux... Level : Beginner / Sport - From 6 years old To know how to swim is mandatory. Provide: Swimsuit, sport shoes (snikers or hiking), bottle of water, snacks

The canyoning are a bit everywhere in the Jura mountains, near Saint Claude, close of the Pays de Gex, Geneva, Lausanne and Nyon.

For a discovery canyoning tour in the Jura, in family or with friends, the canyon of the Grosdar intermediate in Saint Claude is particularly adapted.

For a sport canyoning tour in the Jura, the canyons of Coiserette or lower Grosdar, also in Saint Claude, are perfect.
