For four generations... In 1927, Marie Bouvier, Lionel's great-grandmother, founded the restaurant and its reputation. From 1946 to 2001, her daughter-in-law, Yolande Bouvier, also known as Mother Bouvier, consolidated the reputation of the restaurant thanks to the local specialties: frogs, chicken in cream sauce... appreciated by the people of Bresse and Lyon.
