Local and traditional specialties: wild boar terrine with Ain walnuts, beer (Bressane made from our own organic honey), red wine from our Burgundy vineyards, Ain pimento cheese, natural fallow deer terrine (from the estate), deer terrine Sika natural or with red wine (from the estate), honey beer La Mousse des Cabanes, gin from Al Kapone according to a recipe developed for the Domaine.
