Le Bistrot Ambulant d'Émeric (BAE) is a genuine country bistro on wheels, created and run by Émeric Puget, a passionate chef, rooted in a dynamic of local gastronomy and conviviality.

Everything is prepared with fresh, local ingredients, and you can eat at one of the small tables set up around the food-truck, with real crockery and metal cutlery, or take the dishes away to enjoy at home.
