The whole team at the Drom cheese dairy welcomes you to their typical workshop, located in the "Dry Valley" of Drom, on the edge of the Revermont region.
Comté cheeses sold in the store are matured on site by Baptiste. In addition to cream, raw butter and white cheeses, the dairy also produces a very surprising cheese based on an ancient saffron recipe from this corner of the Ain: Clon.
