Tastefully renovated old farmhouse, located in a peaceful village in the Ain region, between the Saône River and the countryside. Air-conditioned 70 m² house set on a 2,400 m² park with swimming pool and terrace. Two bedrooms, sofa bed, sleeps up to 6 guests. Calm and serenity guaranteed.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. A beautifully renovated old farmhouse located in a small village in the Ain region with 400 inhabitants. Set between the Saône River and the countryside, on a 2,400 m² park with a swimming pool and a large terrace, this 70 m² air-conditioned house features two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to 6 guests. Calm and serenity are the key words of this place. The owner lives on site and is available for any information.

The accommodation
The property has its own entrance with a closed gate and parking space for up to three cars. The house offers a large terrace with outdoor lounge furniture, garden table, plancha and Weber barbecue.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combined microwave oven, induction hob with extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules provided on arrival) and a regular coffee maker (ground coffee provided on arrival), toaster and kettle.
Everything needed for a baby is available: travel cot, high chair and baby bath. Around the pool, you will find sun loungers, garden furniture, pool mattresses, as well as floats and armbands for children.
