Located in Lurcy, a small quiet village at the gates of Dombes, between Saône and Campagne, the house includes a large terrace, a park and a swimming pool, the ideal place to take a break or spend a few days of tranquility with the family.

House adjoining an old Bresse farmhouse, 70m2 completely renovated in 2022/2023 comprising a ground floor and an upper floor. Independent entrance with a closed gate and space for at least two cars on the side of the house.

The ground floor comprises a 15m2 living-dining room, a 7m2 kitchen and a 5m2 bathroom with walk-in shower.
the Italian, vanity unit and a toilet. Towels are provided.
Upstairs two bedrooms, one 15m2 with a large 160 bed, the other 10m2 with a trundle bed for 2 people. There's also a WC with a water point between the two bedrooms. Sheets are provided.
The ground floor and the two bedrooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning.
The accommodation can accommodate from 1 to 6 people, possibility to provide a cot for baby.
Access to a terrace in front of the house of 30m2 furnished with a garden table with chairs and garden furniture.
In summer, the 8m60 x 4m swimming pool will be accessible from 10am to 8pm. The pool is secured by a barrier.
Note: the terrace and pool are shared with the owner.
