Breathtaking ! 400 meters from the gîte, let yourself be surprised by the Glandieu waterfall with its 60 m falls. A real photo spot in all seasons. This family home, in a privileged environment, surrounded by activity in summer and winter. For two-wheeled rides, if you are a good sport, try your hand with one of the bikes provided. The ViaRhôna will be a long, quiet river. Are you on a motorbike? Secure premises await you on the property.
For hiking, many trails depart from the gîte. You can finish at the body of water (artificial basin) located in Brégnier-Cordon. Part of this space is dedicated to swimming with its sandy beach. But the other part? To the west, you can catch fish. Also worth discovering: the Walibi amusement park, the Barterand and Romagnieu lakes. The region has many vineyards with its Bugey wine.
For a cultural outing, discover the history of the Maison d'Izieu, its museum and its exhibitions. An unforgettable moment through archives representing moments of life (children's drawings, letters, photographs, etc.). The family house is for 8 people, semi-detached, on two levels. It reveals the charm of the old with the beams, exposed stones, and the wooden floor of the interior terrace. On the ground floor: a large living room with dining room, lounge with Scandinavian stove. Equipped and independent kitchen. Shower room with WC. Access to the veranda (unheated).
On the 1st: three bedrooms (two bedrooms with 1 140 cm bed including one bedroom with private bathroom; 1 bedroom with two single beds), a mezzanine-living room area with 2 single beds (80*190); WC; interior wooden terrace accessible from two bedrooms.
