This family home is attached to the owners' main residence. Outside, prepare to live in harmony with nature! Although a quiet lane separates the cottage from your private outdoor spaces, you'll fully enjoy your courtyard with garden furniture and natural shade. A small terrace invites you to relax on the sun loungers or be gently rocked by the swing nestled next to the paddock. Your neighbors? Horses that peacefully offer you a poetic and soothing landscape, adored by young and old alike. Accommodation for riders (pasture, water, hay) is available upon request. Treat yourself to the luxury of a region with a thousand faces where boredom is impossible! From the first rays of sunshine, alternate as you please between the refreshing splash of Lake Genin, reminiscent of a miniature Canada (25 km away), the vibrant beaches of Lake Nantua (35 km away), or the majestic shores of Lake Geneva (40 km away). If you prefer the coolness of the undergrowth, the gentle lapping of the enchanting Pertes de la Valserine (just 3 km away) awaits you for an enchanting walk, while the more adventurous will be treated to breathtaking views on the trails of Crêt de la Goutte (15 km away) and the mountain bike trails offering panoramic views of the Alps. Between the thrills of the via ferrata at Fort l'Écluse (12 km away) and a gourmet stop on the Plateau de Retord (20 km away) to savor a genuine piece of local Comté cheese in the fresh air, your days will fly by before you happily return to your holiday accommodation. Your accommodation: On the ground floor, a fully equipped and functional kitchen opens onto the living area with its wood-burning stove. There is also a shower room with a shower and sink, a separate toilet, and a storage room. Upstairs: two bedrooms, one of which sleeps three and has access to a private balcony (one 160x200 cm bed that can be separated into two 80x200 cm beds and one 90x190 cm bed). The second bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed. A windowless bedroom with a skylight offers a sofa bed (140x190cm) for two people. It includes a bathroom (with bathtub) and two sinks, as well as a separate toilet. Upon arrival: beds are made, and towels and linens are provided. Utilities are included. Cleaning and pets are available for an additional fee. Heating is provided by central heating, wood, and electricity.
