As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the spacious living room with its wood-burning stove and functional, fully-equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals to share with family and friends. Down 3 steps, the gîte has a sleeping...Nestled in the charming village of Bénonces, this 135 m² gîte welcomes you for a stay combining relaxation and discovery. Adjoining the owner's stone house, it remains independent with its own private entrance, guaranteeing calm and privacy.
As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the spacious living room with its wood-burning stove and functional, fully-equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals to share with family and friends. Down 3 steps, the gîte has a sleeping area with a 120x190 bed and a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a crib. A bathroom with double washbasin and heated towel rail follows. Separate WC. Upstairs is a large family room with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190).
Outside, you'll enjoy a private 12 m² terrace, perfect for lunch while admiring the panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. Private parking is also available.
But what makes this stay unique is the wealth of landscapes and sites to discover in the surrounding area. Just a few minutes away, the Luizet waterfall offers a fascinating natural spectacle, where water forces its way through the rocks before hurtling down a vertiginous waterfall. For hiking enthusiasts, there are a number of trails leading to beautiful viewpoints.
If you're in search of adrenalin, the nearby river is a veritable playground for canyoning, offering a unique experience in the heart of wild gorges. Further afield, heritage enthusiasts can explore the Bugey vineyards, where local producers will share their authentic wines and know-how with you.
For your comfort, bed linen is included, and towels and end-of-stay cleaning are available on request.
