Large detached family house that has been recently renovated, and converted into a holiday gite for up to 14 people. This gite, with terrace area, garden and enclosed garage, is ideal all year round for family reunions, gatherings with friends or sporting events.
Situated at the foot of the Col de la Biche and the Surlyand Nordic ski area (Jura) with a wide range of activities, in the Rhône valley, at the heart of a rich and varied tourist destination, all year round.
Detached house over 4 floors:
On the ground floor, a small lounge with television, a kitchen, a large room (40 m2) with a dining area and a lounge area with fireplace, leading onto a terrace (30 m2) with access to the garden.
On the 1st floor, 5 bedrooms (one for 3 people, 3 for 2 people, one for one person) and a shower room.
On the top floor, the attic room with 4 single beds and a shower room.
Toilet on all floors.
Under the ground floor, at garden level, is the cellar, that can be accessed from inside the house and from the garden: there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, extra fridge and the possibility of storing bicycles or skis.
In a separate outbuilding, there is an enclosed garage for a car, bikes or motorbikes.
