This semi-detached family cottage invites you to an authentic experience. Nestled in a peaceful hamlet, this fully renovated former barn elegantly blends old-world charm with modern comfort. It can accommodate up to 15 people in a warm and rejuvenating setting.
From the moment you step inside, you'll be captivated by the unique atmosphere of this wood and stone building, enhanced by a chalet-style décor in soft, inviting hues. Spread over several levels, the Ludivine and Péluchet cottage boasts characterful architecture, with its staircases, cozy spaces, and unusual layout that lend it undeniable charm. Designed for everyone's comfort, it also features an elevator, a real advantage for easy access between floors. This cottage is a true outdoor playground.
Inside, spacious living areas create an atmosphere perfect for a relaxing weekend or longer stay. Even though the exterior is more discreet, the heart of your holiday is spent inside, in an ideally cozy atmosphere. Every detail has been meticulously considered... It's up to you to discover them.

For lovers of wide-open spaces, the proximity of the forests and their unique panoramas will not leave you unmoved. In summer as in winter, a variety of activities awaits to suit all tastes. A hiking trail starts right at the foot of the gîte.
Details of your holiday accommodation:
On the ground floor, a laundry room and access to the elevator for the upper floors. Second entrance (glass-roofed porch) with staircase leading to a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) (also accessible via another staircase) with a small interior terrace, en-suite shower room and toilet. Another staircase leads to the large living room and kitchen. On the same level, there is a bedroom with two single beds (80x190cm) with a shower and toilet.
Upstairs: one bedroom accessible to people with disabilities, with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and en-suite shower room and toilet; one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x190cm) with a false window and en-suite shower room and toilet with a skylight; one bedroom with five single beds (80x190cm) with a bathroom (shower room and separate toilet); and finally, the last bedroom in the dormitory, with two single beds (90x200cm) that can be joined together.
Think relaxing holidays: everything is included. Beds are made upon arrival, and towels and linens are provided. Cleaning and heating are included in the price.
The cottage shares a wall with two members of the owners' family. A wooden terrace is currently under construction. There is private parking for 5 vehicles. Heating is provided by loose wood (wood chips produced by the owners).
